Outdoor Playgroup

This group provides lots of opportunities for kids to be active and where they can play in all types of weather – splashing in puddles and lots of climbing and digging; lots of social play – exploring together and letting their imaginations run riot. Bring warm clothes that can get dirty, a change of clothes and healthy snacks.

Thursdays: 9.30 am – 11.30 am.

Parent-Child Mother Goose Rhyme Time Groups for Babies and

Pre-schoolers

Give your child the best start in life. Join this group for Parent-Child Mother Goose sessions and enjoy songs, rhymes, stories and morning tea.

Monday mornings during school terms.

Times: 2-4 year olds – 9.30 am – 11.00 am.

        0-2 year olds – 11.30 am – 1.00 pm.

HIPPY – Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters

An early childhood learning and enrichment program that supports parents in getting their child ready for school. The program involves fortnightly group meetings which focus on child development, early years’ education, health and wellbeing. HIPPY Group meetings take place fortnightly on Tuesday mornings between 10.30 am – 12.30 pm at 95 Major Road.

HIPPY is now taking referrals for 2018. Children must be 4 years old by the 1st of May to participate. HIPPY is part of Merri Community Health Services. Ring Amy for more information on 9355 4903.
